Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information SKMC Goseva Ashramam collects through this website, why we collect it, and how we look after it.

What we collect

• Donations and cow adoptions: your name, email, phone number, PAN (only if you want a tax receipt), the amount and the bank transfer reference you give us.
• Event registrations: your name, email and, if you give it, your phone number.
• Volunteer applications, rescue reports and contact messages: the details you type into the form, and a photo if you attach one to a rescue report.
• Newsletter sign-ups: your email address.
• Basic technical data such as your IP address, kept briefly to stop abuse of the forms.

How we use it

• To record and acknowledge your donation, issue receipts and meet our accounting and legal obligations.
• To manage event places and contact you about an event you registered for.
• To respond to your message, volunteer application or rescue report.
• To send the newsletter, only if you asked for it.

Payments

This website does not take payments. It shows the trust's bank details, and you make the transfer yourself through your own bank or UPI app. We never ask for or store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank passwords. We record only the details you enter on our form so we can match your transfer.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site (such as hosting), and with authorities where the law requires it, for example for income tax reporting of donations.

How long we keep it

Donation records are kept for as long as Indian tax and trust law requires. Other submissions are kept only as long as needed to deal with them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information, or to unsubscribe you from the newsletter, by writing to chaitanyamathsrikrishna@gmail.com. Some donation records cannot be deleted while the law requires us to keep them.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as keeping administrators signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
